  • How do I know what plan to choose?
    The initial lifestyle quiz is there to guide you on which plan makes the most sense for you, based on your current struggles and lifestyle. The quiz will provide you with your results and which path we recommend you follow.
  • How do I get started?
    All you need to do to get started is take our 2-minute lifestyle quiz and identify what your main training focus should be, based on your current situation. Once you’ve completed the quiz and watched Michael’s video breaking down your results, you’ll be able to choose the best plan for you. Once you complete the checkout process, you’ll get your login details and you’ll be ready to get training 
  • Do I need to have a certain level of training experience to join?
    Not at all. You don’t need any previous training experience - you’ll be able to follow the training programs on either the Gold or Platinum plan. All programs and classes have been specifically designed from beginner to advanced. Michael also provides variations to exercises to make them easier to follow if required.
  • What plan should I get if I want to train with Michael?
    Right now, the platinum plan is the closest plan there is to working hands-on with Michael, since you’ll be getting personalised programs designed him, along with direct access to Michael via our app chat.
  • If I sign up for the platinum package do I also need to sign up to the gold package?
    No, as soon as you subscribe to the platinum plan you automatically get full access to the entire MI training platform, including the gold level training package access.
  • Do I need to download an app to access the programs?
    No. You can access our platform using any browser since it’s a web app. This way you can use it both on mobile, tablet and desktop! For the platinum package you will have access to an app where you can track your goals, nutrition and programming. The app is Apple and Android friendly.
  • Can I download the programs onto my phone?
    On the gold package all the programs and classes are specially embedded into the website platform, therefore you cannot download them to your phone. However, the web app is completely mobile, tablet, laptop, computer and TV friendly. On the platinum package yes, you will receive your nutrition plan and training program directly on the app and also via email in a PDF format.
  • How can I access support?

  • What payment methods are accepted? Are there payment plans?
