It is very common for me to see someone doing everything they can with their diet and exercise routine, but they have put no effort or consideration into their sleep habits and routine. A healthy, well-balanced diet can help enhance sleep quality and duration, and on the flip side, high-quality, consistent sleep can help improve your diet.
