If the program is followed correctly, with the right amount of repetitions, sets, exercise tempo and rest periods, each session should last for around 45-50 minutes. A common mistake people make is thinking that the more time you spend training, the better your results. Studies have shown time and time again that if you work hard enough, 45 minutes of intense training is more than enough time to complete an effective workout which will build muscle and strip fat.
I always suggest a pre-exercise warm up and post-exercise cool down to ensure you don’t cause injury or undue stress on your body, so should you follow our recommended protocols, this will add another ten minutes roughly on either side to your workout.
Each program runs over a five week period, with a training commitment of four or five lots of 45 minute sessions per week. Each day targets different body parts and will teach you the fundamentals of training. Programs are available, and my package deal provides the most value.

Yes. I designed this program back in November, just as the Formula 1 season was coming to a close. The aim was to make a head start on 2020, and start training as soon as the festive season was finished, and we did exactly that. Daniel started with week 1, Session 1 on the 5th of January, and followed the exact program that I am now releasing to you.

If you travel often and don’t have regular access to a gym with proper equipment, I suggest purchasing the Body Weight program, as opposed to the more advanced training program. That way, you’ll be able to train anywhere, anytime and more consistently.
