  • What level of training do I need?
    You don’t need any level of training experience. We have beginner, intermediate, and advanced programs and classes for all kinds of training experience.

  • Do I need equipment?
    This all depends on the program you’ll be following. Many of our in-home programs and classes do not require any equipment. For any user wanting to train from the comfort of their own home, there are plenty of bodyweight programs and classes on the platform to choose from. On the flipside, there are also plenty of programs and on-demand classes that incorporate the use of weights and home equipment. We really have made this platform as comprehensive as possible.
  • What if I don’t have enough time to train?
    Our programs have been designed to be followed by people of all walks of life - which means, some of you are going to have less time than others. All our programs range from 15-60 minutes in length and can be done in the comfort of your own home.
  • Are all the classes guided by Michael?
    No, not all of them. We have a team of coaches here at MI Coaching. So not only will you get access to the training programs and classes created by Michael, but you’ll also get access to the rest of our world class coaches and their on-demand workouts, such as yoga, pilates, functional fitness, HIIT, movement and more.
  • Can I rely on this package to be my sole training source?
    Absolutely, this gold level training package provides you with a variety of premium programs and on-demand classes to get you in the best shape of your life.
  • How do I know where to begin? Can I get advice on which package to sign up for?
    Since everyone’s needs are different, we advise you on what type of training you should be focusing on through our 2-minute lifestyle quiz. This is why it’s fundamental for you to complete it and be as honest as possible with your answers. Once you are a member, you’ll also receive full coaching advice from Michael via emails and also from other coaches and members in the Facebook community group.
  • If I need training guidance who can I get help from?
    You can reach out to our coaches via the Facebook community group here or email us for support at support@miactive.com. Please note however, all programs come with video demonstrations, including audio and text cues to help you master your form correctly and safely. Everything you need should be explained in those videos.
  • Can I download the programs onto my phone?
    On the gold package all the programs and classes are specially embedded into the website platform, therefore you cannot directly download them to your phone. However, the web app is completely mobile, tablet, laptop, computer and TV friendly.
  • Are there any payment plans?
    Yes we do have payment plans for the gold level training package. You have three options to pay monthly, quarterly or annually.
  • Can I get a refund if I’m not happy?
