1 cup Pinhead gluten free oatmeal
1/2 cup Strawberries, chopped
250ml Almond milk
1 tbsp Flaxseed
1 tbsp Almond butter
1 tsp Ground cinnamon
1 tsp Maple syrup

The evening before serving, soak the oatmeal in a bowl of water for 12 hours.

Next day, drain the oatmeal and place it in a saucepan with the milk and butter. Bring to the boil then simmer gently, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes or until the oats have softened. Then add the flax seeds and cook for another 5-10 minutes.

Place into a bowl and spoon over the chopped strawberries and maple syrup. Serve and enjoy.
