120g Gluten free organic rolled oats
2 tbsp Coconut oil
2 tbsp Almond butter
2 tsp Maple syrup
Grease a baking tray with a little bit of coconut oil.
Place the oats in a bowl and pour over the other ingredients. Mix together well.
Press the mixture into a baking tray and flatten with a spatula. Leave to cool in the fridge for an hour or two until it hardens.
Slice into finger sized pieces and store in the fridge.
