How does it work?
Once you sign up and complete your payment, you will be sent an online initial consultation form to fill out. Once you complete the form you will be sent a link to download the app to log in and get started.
If you need further assistance before signing up you can schedule in a 10 minute call with Michael to discuss your needs.
As a platinum member you’ll get access to the private mobile app - this is where you’ll reach out to Michael via the chat function and find everything related to your training plan. In the app you’ll find your personalised training programs, a tailored nutrition plan (both your nutrition and training plans will change every 4 weeks), and a progress tracker. Once you’re all set up, you’ll be provided with exclusive tutorials and education videos from Michael, sent directly to you via chat message.

What do I get access to?
You’ll get access to the private mobile app; unique training videos guided by Michael based on your initial assessment; personalised programming specific to your needs and goals; a personalised food diary + nutrition plan; education videos sent straight to you directly via chat; weekly coaching advice; direct chat access to Michael; and loads more.
As a platinum member you will be invited to an exclusive private Facebook community group for Platinum members only, where you can interact with other like-minded members and Michael.

Are the workouts the same as the ones in the gold package?
No, these are completely different training packages, specific to you and only accessible via the app. However, as part of the platinum level training package you will get automatic free access to all training programs, classes and recipes included in the gold level training package.

What’s the difference between the platinum level training package vs the gold level training package?
The gold level training package provides you with access to the MI platform, and includes generic programs and classes, healthy recipes, and also access to Michael’s entire coaching team. The platinum package is bespoke one-on-one private online coaching. You get access to Michael via chat and access to the private mobile app. This is a completely personalised package.

What if I’m busy? Will I be able to fit this into my busy schedule?
Completing the online initial consultation form gives Michael a clear picture of your lifestyle and the time commitments in place. Therefore, Michael will develop a training plan to ensure you have the time to work out and also provide guidance on how you can make time within your busy schedule.

What type of access will I get with Michael?
We’ve worked hard to replicate the offline personal trainer experience with this training plan. As such, you will have direct access to Michael via the app chat messenger. You’ll be to reach out to him and ask any questions relating to your program.

What about nutrition?
The platinum package focuses on personalised nutrition. You’ll get access to a personalised food diary and nutrition plan, which will get updated every 4 weeks. You’ll also have your calories and recipes personally calculated and selected, to give you the exact meals and portion sizes required for your specific needs and goals.

How is this different from the rest of the programs out there?
This program is very different. The primary difference is that you’ll be getting one-on-one coaching from Michael. He will be answering any questions via the chat messenger, which means he will be there will you every step of the way. This means you’ll be training under the guidance of a top-class performance coach; receiving nutrition advice from him; learning the fundamentals of meal timings, sleep, recovery and more. You’ll be getting premium personalised programming specific to your goals every four weeks, a personalised food diary + nutrition plan. Most training plans fail to educate you on the fundamentals of training - which is why Michael has created exclusive tutorials and educational content to help you with just this.

Will I be able to open up about my problems?
Your trust and privacy are very important to Michael, and he holds them both very seriously and with the utmost care. To obtain the best results its important you trust the process and trust Michael in order for him to do the best possible job in coaching you. By being completely honest with both yourself and Michael, it will help you accomplish what you have set out to achieve.

How is it personalised?
From a training standpoint Michael focuses on your current lifestyle, your mental state and your prior training experience. Also, to understand your body type, which will dictate the types of exercises and nutrition you need to complement your goals. From there, Michael will alter your programs every 4-6 weeks to prevent a training plateau. From a nutrition standpoint Michael will develop a nutrition plan customised to your metabolism, objectives, and body composition. He will assess your food preferences, meal timings, and eating habits to come up with a plan that accommodates your lifestyle, while also considering your specific calorie and nutrition intake goals, the foods you enjoy and that work for you, avoiding any intolerances, skin sensitivities or digestive issues you may have with particular foods.

What type of support am I going to get?
You’ll have immediate access to Michael via the app's chat feature where he’ll be able to answer your questions and support you through your journey. You’ll also be able to reach out to the private community of Platinum members via the exclusive Platinum Facebook group. As always you’ll also be able to reach out to our entire support team at customer.care@michaelitaliano.com.

What if I’m not happy with the program?
You can cancel at any time in the event of feeling unhappy with the program by simply sending us an email at customer.care@michaelitaliano.com. Alternatively, you can also email customer.care@michaelitaliano.com to resolve any issues you feel may have occurred.

Is there a minimum commitment? How do I cancel?
This package has a minimum commitment of 3 months. From there onwards, it will work as a standard monthly retainer and you’ll have lifetime access to your programs and nutrition plans. In the event you want to cancel your plan - all you have to do is reach out to us via email and we will cancel your subscription. There are no lock in contracts after the initial 3 month period.

What happens when I cancel?
When you cancel your Platinum level subscription your app account will be deactivated, meaning that you will lose access to communication with Michael via the app chat, the goal tracker and also the educational video content. Your training programs and nutrition plans are sent to you within the app but also via email in PDF format each time, so you will still be able to hold onto these upon cancelling. You will also lose access to all of the Gold level access on the MI website. Should you wish to retain access to the Gold level subscription, you will need to purchase the Gold package on the website.

What is your refund policy?
Our refund policy is very straight forward.
If you as a client cancel your subscription within 14-days and have not received any programs or plans from Michael you are eligible for a full refund.
If you as a client accept and receive a training program and nutrition plan from Michael you will not be liable for a refund of the first month subscription cost.
If you cancel later than 14 days into the program, you are no longer eligible for a full-refund. You will simply have access to the platform for the remainder of your payment cycle and lose access on the following billing date.

What payment methods are accepted?
Direct debit and Credit card payments are accepted and paid directly through the website.
The initial payment plan we ask for is a 3 month commitment and thereafter transitions to a monthly subscription payment.
